Tucson Urban League

Seniors’ Breakfast and Lunch Program

The Tucson Urban League is dedicated to promoting independence and the free exercise of all individuals in the planning and management of their own lives. This program provides basic support services to Tucson’s low-income aging population to reduce stress and promote health through nutritious meals in a congregate setting, transportation, preventative health services and the opportunity to socialize with their community. We believe that a healthy lifestyle and opportunities to connect with peers are fundamental to a quality of life, especially for seniors.
